1. Service-Based Bookings (Lab, Scan, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Consultation)
- Once a service is booked and confirmed, cancellation may not always be possible.
- If cancellation is requested before service confirmation, it will be considered.
- Refund eligibility depends on the service provider’s policy.
- No refund will be provided after the service has been completed.
2. Delays or Unavailability
- In case a service cannot be arranged or is delayed due to unavailability, users may request cancellation.
- Any applicable refund will be processed based on the situation.
3. Payments
- Payments made directly to service providers are subject to their individual refund policies.
- Qerava Health is not responsible for disputes related to direct payments made to third-party providers.
4. E-Pharmacy (Coming Soon)
- Return and refund for medicines and healthcare products will follow applicable healthcare and pharmacy regulations.
- Prescription medicines will not be eligible for return once dispensed, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Future Store Orders)
- If a product is received damaged or incorrect, users must report within 24 hours of delivery.
- Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
