4. Emergency Situations
Qerava Health is not an emergency service provider. In case of medical emergencies, users are advised to contact the nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.
5. Appointments & Availability
All bookings are subject to availability of service providers. We strive to provide timely services but do not guarantee exact timings.
6. Payments
Payments may be collected directly by service providers or through agreed methods such as Cash on Delivery or UPI. Qerava Health is not responsible for disputes arising from payments made directly to providers.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service provider. Users are advised to confirm details before booking.
8. E-Pharmacy (Coming Soon)
Qerava Health plans to introduce an E-Pharmacy service. Prescription medicines will only be provided upon submission of a valid doctor’s prescription and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Qerava Health is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of services provided by third-party healthcare professionals.
