CAUSES
Infections – Viral (common cold, flu), bacterial, or parasitic infections
Inflammation – Conditions like arthritis or autoimmune diseases

DIAGNOSIS
Temperature measurement using a thermometer
Blood tests – To detect infections (CBC, malaria, dengue, etc.)
Urine test – To check for urinary infections
Other tests (like chest X-ray) if required based on symptoms

TREATMENT
Rest and adequate hydration (drink plenty of fluids)
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) to reduce fever (as advised by a doctor)
• Treat the underlying cause of fever
