QERAVA Connect – Terms of Service
For hospitals and clinics using QERAVA Connect · Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms apply to every hospital or clinic (the “Hospital”) that uses QERAVA Connect, a patient follow-up and communication service provided by QERAVA, a sole proprietorship owned by Shaik Malik Basha (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-AP-05-0118578). By signing the QERAVA Connect Hospital Onboarding Form, the Hospital agrees to these Terms.
1. The service
QERAVA Connect records patient visits and sends WhatsApp messages to patients who have agreed to receive them. Every patient entry includes: a thank-you message after the visit, medication reminders when the Hospital records that medicine was prescribed, follow-up visit reminders, and a feedback request. Messages are sent in English or Telugu, as chosen by the Hospital, in the Hospital’s name, and show the Hospital’s contact number. Reminders and feedback requests are sent only at fixed daytime hours (around 10 AM, 2 PM and 6 PM); the thank-you message is sent when the visit is entered. The Hospital also receives a monthly follow-up report. Optional festival greetings are sent only if the Hospital chooses them, and QERAVA informs the Hospital before each festival.
2. No medical advice
QERAVA does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Messages are reminders only. All clinical decisions remain with the Hospital and its doctors. QERAVA is not responsible for any medical outcome.
3. Hospital responsibilities
- Share a patient’s details only after the patient has agreed to receive reminders, and record that consent truthfully.
- Give correct mobile numbers and follow-up dates.
- Tell QERAVA promptly when a patient no longer wants messages.
- Keep form links and logins private to authorised staff.
- Pay invoices on time.
4. Fees and billing
- Monthly subscription: ₹999 per month.
- Patient entry: ₹8 per entry made by Hospital staff; ₹10 per entry made by the QERAVA team. Only entries of patients who agreed to receive messages are charged. Each visit is a separate entry. The entry fee includes the thank-you, medication, follow-up and feedback messages for that entry; there is no separate charge for them.
- Optional festival and occasion greetings to patients: ₹5 per message delivered.
- An invoice is generated on the 1st of every month: the subscription for the new month, plus entries and messages of the previous month.
- First month: the subscription is charged only from the start date to the last day of that month (pro rata), rounded to the nearest amount ending in 99.
- Payment is due within 7 days by bank transfer or UPI. If an invoice is unpaid after 15 days, QERAVA may pause the service after 3 days’ notice.
- Taxes are extra, if applicable. Rates are fixed until 31 March 2027; any price change will be informed to the Hospital in writing at least 30 days in advance.
5. Message delivery
Messages are sent through third-party messaging platforms. QERAVA makes reasonable efforts to send every message on time but cannot guarantee delivery, for example when a phone is switched off, a number is wrong, or the platform limits delivery.
6. Patient data and privacy
Patient data belongs to the Hospital. QERAVA uses it only to provide QERAVA Connect, keeps it confidential, and never sells it or uses it for any other purpose. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Hospital is the Data Fiduciary and QERAVA is the Data Processor. Full details: QERAVA Connect Privacy Policy.
7. Starting and stopping
The service starts on the date agreed in the Onboarding Form. There is no fixed contract period. The Hospital may stop the service in any month by informing QERAVA in writing (email or WhatsApp) before the 1st of the next month; the service then ends on the last day of the current month, and no further subscription is charged. QERAVA may stop the service with 30 days’ written notice. The Hospital pays for the service used up to the end date. Within 30 days after the service ends, QERAVA will, on request, give the Hospital a copy of its patient data and then delete it, except where the law requires it to be kept.
8. Liability
QERAVA’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Hospital in the 3 months before a claim. Neither side is liable for indirect loss such as loss of profit. Neither side is liable for delays caused by events outside its control, such as network or platform outages.
9. Ownership
QERAVA owns QERAVA Connect, its forms, templates, reports and the QERAVA name and logo. The Hospital may use the service while these Terms are in force. Neither side uses the other’s name or logo without permission.
10. Changes and law
QERAVA may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice to the Hospital. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if not settled within 30 days, the courts of Andhra Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
